Brilliantly captured Rosa..............I love the dirt, the rust and the faded and dirty bodywork - it's all strangely beautiful :-)

Nothing that a bit of T-cut and some elbow grease wouldn't sort out!

I learned to drive in one of these............I'm feeling really old now :-(

Rosalyn Hilborne club has replied to Keith Burton club
Oh thank you Keith....I know what you mean! It had to be photographed.
The wonder of T-cut :)

Don't feel old! I'm trying not to and I passed my test in 1972 :-/

Fantastic subject Rosalyn and so well presented. Amazing the tyres are still fully inflated, these are so sort after, plenty of enthusiasts would pay good money to buy this.

UKR629 My very first car was a Morris Minor with flip up indicators.

It looked like it was being used Maurice. I have never driven one but I know there are many enthusiasts out there. The old flip up indicators! I remember them on some of my dad's cars :-))

Splendid shot - lots of details there

I know someone who has just started the process of restoring one of these - you can even buy all the timber as a fully machined kit, ready to assemble.

Thank you. Let's hope this one can be restored. It did look like it was still being used, even in this state :)

They were good reliable motor cars, four of us used to drive from Somerset to Torquay every day in one of these and it never let us down, a great find and capture Rosa

A lot of these cars I have seen on the road -during my England trip 1989. However, the only photo of a car I made is showing a BMW:

Pulteney Bridge in Bath/ Somerset/ UK

Not many about on the roads now Volker. Mostly seen in vintage car shows....not sure they would let this one in though ;-)) Your photo looks like Bath....Oh I have just looked and it is ;-))

Hi Rosa

A very nice find

Superb colours and mood portrayed here.

It looks like it is being used. Maybe one careful owner.... Never goes anywhere except the shops and church!

Best Wishes,
Peter
