Spring Lambs!!

What a lovely rural scene.
Those poor lambs must have it freezing cold.

I hope the sun shines on them soon Jaap. They were feeding well from their mother.

I wonder if the farmer is feeding them!... Nice photo, Rosa.

He is John. I actually bumped into him. He was going to treat the sheep's foot as she was limping. I do feel sorry for the poor little lambs though.

Excellent capture for sure Rosa, I hope lambswool works as well as advertised! Not seen any lambs hereabouts, the canny Yorkshire lambs must have decided to stay where it is warm until things improve;-)

Ik was met een vergrootglas op de tractor aan het kijken ,of ik een merk of type kon lezen,toen zag ik plotseling de lammetjes, en bij die grote boom is ook een moeder met een lammetje te zien.Hartelijk bedankt,Rosa dat jij ons laat genieten van de lammetjes en de tractor........Frans.

I enlarged as much as I could for you Frans and it is a Belarus, so a Russian tractor! It is a shame really for it to sit there decaying. It has been there for many years now! Thank you for your kind comments. Much appreciated.

It's time for the snow to melt : these poor lambs must be badly disturbed (!)

They were feeding well from their mother Pat. The snow is almost gone now but it is still very cold. Better temperatures from Wednesday we are told.

They are cute! A good thing lambs are moving around so they don't freeze that much:-)

Most of the snow is gone today Gudrun, so hopefully they will warm up.
