Looking on Street View in 2023 the two left hand shops were closed and being offered for rent.

Phil Sutters club has replied to Keith Burton club
Google Street View still showed it there in 2020. There doesn't seem to be a more recent view than that. Walwers Lane is probably too small to warrant frequent updates. The front views of the shops showed them still occupied in 2020, and empty in 2023. But from different angles you get the different dates and statuses. There is even a version which shows the third shop, in the front view photo, also empty.
