Little Egret keeping out of the Ouse - Newhaven - 19.10.2016

It is weird - when I use your link I get some wooden fortifications from Mecklenberg..... but when I try my link to John Fitz.. it works fine. Let's hope they are symptoms of a minor temporary glitch.

I admire your persistence - the end result is one of John's quirky urban images. I only mentioned it because it was what prompted me to upload the Newhaven Egret - but, having mentioned with the Cuckmere one, I should have done it anyway.

You're welcome, Phil, abd thank you for posting this fine, well-composed shot. This is life in the wild these days. I think buddy's got something in mind, too, which adds to the interest. A slice of egret life.

Thanks for spotting that Peggy. I have been spending less time here and more on model-making recently. Creaky joints have been making getting out and about less attractive lately, so less photography.

The link at the bottom of photo and the one Fortescue38 -- both take me to a photo of a Lamborghini by (c) Dan7 ... very unusual ....
