Wonderful just wonderful Peggy! :) We have a great BBQ (small restaurant near by) called Foothill's Mama's. The food is delicious.

Thank you, Chris ... North Carolina is known for the variety of BBQ .. either it is Eastern BBQ or Western ... and usually one likes one but not the other.

When we moved south, I was taken by how passionate folks are about their favorite style of BBQ,

I also learned how good it was too put the coleslaw on the inside of the bun.

The other thing folks are passionate about is the BBQ sauce! :)
