There are only two places with 4160V remaining: the Morrell (now Smithfield) meatpacking plant and the Sioux Steel campus (that's the place with the rooftop line).

Sioux Steel's owners have announced they intend to vacate the downtown site in favor of their newer plant south of town, and the city is looking at redevelopment options for the Sioux Steel site.
