The biggest and smallest transformers I've seen so far on Xcel's 34.5kV system.

A 500kVA 19.9kV/7970V step-down in front and a puny 0.5kVA can for a repeater on the dead-end pole.

I think that 500 kVA unit is probably the biggest thing they could fit on a single pole!
