The gardens at West Dean are very sheltered in the hills and some parts are surrounded by walls. It has a micro-climate all of it's own! Glad you like this compilatiion!

That's a lovely spring selection. I wonder if any of them are still standing after Eunice. Shropshire didn't bear the brunt of the recent storm, but we were in Norfolk which was pretty wild, and didn't travel back on Friday which we had intended to do because of debris on the local roads. Hope you're getting better weather than we are today, Keith, it's drab rainy and windy in Shropshire.

It's seems you've had your fair share of things in Norfolk, but glad you got back OK even if you had to wait a day. It's pretty drab, windy and rainy here as well today.......and it's not looking good for the rest of the week. Roll on summer!

GORGEOUS quad of flowers! So beautiful. We only have daffodils here, the crocus were et by the wildlife years ago, sadly, as were the other spring flowers. It's nice to walk through a town with its spring show, haven't done that for a while! Thanks for your super collage!
