Have a nice evening.
Keith Burton club has replied to Rosalyn Hilborne clubThanks for your visit to my last presentation, I'm glad you liked my pictures--my main image made me happy because I'd always wanted to take one like that and finally I got a picture that ticked all the boxes for me! :) Thanks for your comments about all the shots, how nice that you enjoyed the plane in the sky and the restaurant on the water so much! :)
You wondered about the whale watching boat and if we'd thought to go. Well, yes! We thought of going from one location but when the time came, we just weren't in the mood so we passed. One thing that was a bit annoying was how expensive it was to go on such a trip--the low was about $100 US / $91 Euro for a few-hour trip. We thought it was just too much. I did find a good deal for half that, if we'd been in the mood to go. I was upset that any boat trips to look at bears and other wildlife was even more...and no guarantees. Finally, how nice it would have been to go on a fishing trip...TOTALLY out of the question at a minimum of $600 US!!!! NO THANK YOU!! I mean, I do understand that it's their living and many places are supported by tourism but it's just too much in my opinion, as disappointing at it was.
Great shot Keith.
Are you standing up straight yet?!
