Natural abstract
Something a bit different. This is the top of a picnic table in Alice Holt Arboretum. It is directly beneath several Larch trees and is covered by the dead needles that have dropped from them.

Glad you like it Maurice. Nothing difficult about it...........just set the camera to a low aperture (in this case f2.8), to ensure a narrow depth of field, pick a focal point and shoot. I used a tripod too. I composed it to get the "in focus" bit about one third from the top.
