I'm continuing to use the HBM theme to re-post some old photos from when I migrated across from Flickr which have had little or no attention on Ipernity.

This one was originally taken in August 2012 in Old Portsmouth, Hampshire. Best viewed large on black. Thanks for looking.

Ahhh...there are so many thoughts in my mind....how about skating over...lying there like bacon strips...slide over it....playing with toy cars... :)

As Portsmouth is a seaside city and these benches overlook the sea.........the benches represent the waves!

Glad you like it Gudrun. Old Portsmouth has some great benches placed around the sea-front. I'll try and find another from the archives for this coming Monday!

The best benches I have ever seen are in Alesund, Norway (sadly no photos)- they are heated! Metal tubes with hot water running through, seat and back:-)

Very nice design for these benches and you've made a good choice with the b&w. Not comfy for overnighters, though, which must have been the reasoning.
