Cool cameras! I like the use of sepia to highlight the details :)

Thanks Valerie! I added a little paper texture to the image, but the sepia is just the tungsten lighting of my bedroom. It always gives a warm glow without flash. I tried the image in B/W, but ultimately liked the original the best.

your paper texture and the background on the framed pic. work very well together. I like the sepia tones as well, I can never achieve this inside, I get this sickly, pinky, orange hue!

Thanks Wendi! I suppose it helps a little that the room has beige tones to start with, but it is mostly the light-bulbs.

nice composition, and the toning goes with the cameras, my first 'proper' camera was a 35mm Yashica.

Great composition and processing Norm. Love the texturing too, well I'm hoping it's texturing, either that or you need to employ a better decorator! ;)

Thanks Paul! It would be hard to fire myself, but not to worry ... it's a Picmonkey texture!

Wow, interesting cameras, lovely setting. So, do you develop your own film?

Indycaver (Norm) club has replied to Gillian Everett club
Thanks Gillian! :-) Yes ... I can develop my own film and print the film. I do mostly black and white, but I did buy the chemicals to try doing color film, but I haven't had the chance to try it yet.

I used a Yashica Mat once. It took such lovely shots. I got a kick out of reeling the film. It was a solid camera and I was sorry when I had to return it to its owner.
