Many thanks George. This is at the top of Porlock hill which is the steepest A road in the country It has a 1in 4 gradiant and climbs 725 feet (221 m) in just under 1 mile (1.6 km)

I'm curious about the moor landscape that you shot this from. Is this from the very edge of the moor and at the top of the road you mentioned?

Thank you for the nice comments Deborah, The shot was taken from a pull in on a side road at the top of hill, One of the features of Exmoor are the many deep valleys but few are steep sided and a rolling landscape is much more the normal.
