I really like your take on the Kelpies. They are so popular it's hard to remember they are only five years old. You've shown them off in all their glory. Including the human figures gives such a good idea of their size.

These are really majestic pieces of art...............and much bigger than I had realised..!! This is a lovely image of them - capturing all the fine detail and some of their surroundings. As Jean says, the people give us an idea of scale.

I love the Story behind this photo. I browsed and learned that the Kelpies name reflects the mythological transforming beasts (as well as the mentioned the important role of the horse work in Scotland's industrial and pre-industrial past).
