The fire hydrant (are they really lime green in Toronto?) does echo the balance and stance of the man pretty well! (He does look like a petty official, off to help someone.) Lots of nice verticals on top of a band of horizontals, and then a daring angle as the underlying pattern. Nice.

I like the way the pair of litter bins are standing there to attention like a pair of high-ranking officers, waiting to take the salute from the man marching past! The fire hydrant anchors the shot nicely.
