Yuma library 10 Commandments (#0888)
On the grounds of the Yuma Public library, a plaque of the 10 commandments. I saw nothing explaining how this was not a violation of the standards of separation of church and state.
Update 6/29/2016: For another site, I did some research on the Fraternal Order of Eagles who sponsored this. I didn't know that the order was started by theater owners, meetings used to be in theaters followed by beer and snacks, and they committed to posting the ten commandments around the country, partly as a tie-in with the movie! There's ~zero support in these rural areas for removing such displays, so unless someone specifically spends the time and money to complain, they'll stay. It just shows that it's all very well to make laws, but they don't enforce themselves, and without public support enforcement can get impractical very fast.
