Buses Festival, Peterborough - 8 Aug 2021 (P1090434)

Sunday 8 August 2021 – The ‘Buses Festival’ rally held at the East of England Showground, Peterborough.

Former Midland Fox (GJW 43N), a Marshall bodied Leyland Leopard new to Midland Red (343) in 1974, preserved in the ‘Midland Express’ livery. When the giant Midland Red company was split up into smaller companies there were some longer distance limited stop services which crossed from one operating company area to another and these were jointly worked sharing the ‘Midland Express’ name and livery.
