NET tram 210 in Nottingham - 8 Mar 2004

Monday 8 March 2004 - This was the day before the opening of the Nottingham Express Transit (NET) tram system and a special service was in operation for invited guests including prizewinners of local competitions etc.

Tram set 210 was seen in South Parade, the southern edge of Old Market Square, in the city centre. The city hall, ‘Council House’, dominates the backcloth upon which can be seen an advert for the new tram system.

The initial fleet comprised 15 Bombardier Incentro AT6/5 5 segment articulated tram sets built in Derby.
