Flaine Resort 6148 SH 74 – Aug 1990

August 1990 - The Flaine resort administration operated this rather nice little Magirus-Deutz midi-coach (6148 SH 74) which carried lettering and graphics promoting the ski resort. The ‘f’ of the word Flaine symbolises skis, the village’s prime attraction although there was no snow when we visited during the month of August! Across the valley the cable car infrastructure can be seen. The ‘Syndicat Mixte’ building housed the village school and gendarmerie.
