Thanks Dinesh. "Four flowers" is not the name of the place (which is Saint Fraimbault), but a label which rewards local authorities' commitment to improving quality of life through landscape, plants and flowers. It goes from 1 to 4 flowers, 4 flowers are the highest reward. Have a nice week.
