SADNESS

Grey nightfall
the trees intense green
the beauty I would say fresh and washed
by the surrounding humidity
I look on the horizon for a streak of sun
even if it's tiny
so that the light
suddenly
flood my sadness

Fim de tarde cinzento
o verde intenso das árvores
a beleza que diria fresca e lavada
pela humidade circunstante
procuro no horizonte uma réstia de sol
mesmo que seja ínfima
para que a luz
subitamente
inunde a minha tristeza
