Notation: The photographer is not identified, but the Valentine number 600,770 appears on the right bottom corner. This scene was used for later colour printed postcards by Valentine. Wintorbos has posted this same image without the Valentine numbering and the caption on that card resembles the printing used by photographer W. Woodhouse.

Intriguing. And quite the coincidence that we'd both come up with the same image almost simultaneously.

I still want to check out some of my printed cards with the same image. I know this scene was used by at least one other company besides Valentine.

I guess someone supplied P&W with a lot of Kenora images. They seem to have done relatively little out "west" -- Cypress River is the other place.
