Great article/Blog. I have only collected those cards incidentally (vs. intentionally), I am sure I have some uncatalogued somewhere, but a quick look only turned up Laycock, Russell - Bradshaw, Morden (Bell & Park) - Ingram, Griswold - Nelles, Brandon - Marples, Deleau; all unused.
