Gloucester Cathedral: Cloisters

The cloisters at Gloucester Cathedral are famous for having the oldest fan vaulting in England, begun in the mid 14th century and finished before 1412. In recent times several scenes in the Harry Potter movies were filmed there.

Der Kreuzgang der Kathedrale von Gloucester ist berühmt für das älteste erhaltene Fächergewölbe in England. Der Bau wurde Mitte des 14. Jh begonnen und war vor 1412 fertiggestellt. Im Kreuzgang wurden etliche Szenen der Harry-Potter-Filme gedreht.
