Trying to catch up missed weeks on my 50 coffee picture project here at ipernity. At Instagram I am still on the schedule, aka not missed a single day out of 366 day plan. Although, for few times I have forgot to upload the image there on the same day when the picture was taken.

The subject on this image is the diuretic effect of coffee. So, if you have used to intake water soluble vitamins and minerals like vitamins C, B and D, and calcium, then coffee may make you piss them out before they get absorbed.

Solution is to have a few hour break between coffee intake and when taking vitamins and minerals. And definitely not having a coffee while or right after dinner.

And the artists behind these characters are Tove and Lars Janssson. Tove's Moomin books are often considered as stories for children, but they give something very philosophical and profound for readers of all ages.
