Seranon - Le Relais de l'Artuby

The "Relais de l'Artuby" is a hotel with a restaurant "somewhere" in the country. I had been a guest here about 10 years ago and when I returned now found out, that a young couple had taken over. They had not only renovated the rooms but definitely improved the "cuisine". The only small thing I criticize is that they follow the mode to "sign" every dish with crema di balsamic. It is not necessary!

Apart from that very recommendable.
