I'm pretty sure this is musher 26, Allen Moore racing toward Fairbanks after running more than 850 miles from Whitehorse in the year's Yukon Quest dogsled race. This is on the Chena River, about 20 miles from Fairbanks, Alaska.
It looks like Allen will come in 3rd in the race.
