Yellow lupine

Lupinus spp. I don't know if this is a separate species from the usual one around here or just a color variant. The inset shows an individual with both yellow and the more usual bluish-lavender blossoms. Blue Mass Scenic Area in extreme eastern Nevada.
Edit: On further research, it seems to be L. arbustus, which has a range of flower colors and which occurs widely in the mountain West.
