Cross beaked Robin

Cross beaked Robin
This is for Jean after seeing her lovely Robin with a deformed Beak.

Just wanted to show her this Robin. I had in my Garden with a crossover Beak quite a few years ago 2013 took loads of photos, it was around for about a year, it was a juvenile it gradually got it Red breast. The last photo I got it was in a poor way, never to be seen again. See photo below.

Two superb images. Thank you for posting them. That crossover beak looks more difficult to eat with as the top part is curved. Beaky's is fairly straight but there's probably not much in it. Robins often don't seem to last long but I've got my fingers crossed for Beaky.
