I don't know Nek Chand (I could try Googling this name but I'll forget by the time I move onto the next photo), but it sort of reminds of an outdoors art gallery under a main road flyover in Madrid which includes sculptures by famous artists such as Joan Miro. I'll try and find a pic but I haven't seen any for some time: possibly part of a batch accidentally deleted together with a load of granity, rock-windowy, bouldery shots from my early walks in the mountains here.
