Good to see you again Dave. Yep, a nice view here for sure but the road to here was horrendous to drive whilst having wonderful views over every blind bend and hill crest.

Beautiful coastal scene; well composed Herb.

Beautifully composed Herb. The old building anchors the shot nicely. I love the blue skies and sunshine and the colours in the landscape, especially that lush grass in the foreground.

The damaged roof of the building stands out nicely and I like the details and colour in the stonework........which still looks to be in reasonable condition.

Great that you could get this sort of view without having to walk too far from the car............my kind of photography nowadays!

A very Scottish Highlands scene here Keith. A bit of sunshine really makes this and the old building adds charm and suspense. Glad you liked the combination. Yes, this was taken whilst the car was ticking over!

A marvellous landscape from a very out-of-the-way corner of Scotland, Herb. I'd guess the old cottage probably was once thatched, the metal roof probably was not earlier than the mid-late 1800s. Wouldn't it be interesting to know the site's history!
