47 Tucanae NGC104

47 Tucanae NGC104
I had a few night clear skies but long days and getting home late working on the shed I went to bed early. last night we go home a bit earlier so I just picked a simple target set the mount off went to bed. I moved a lot slower after the three days of heavy lifting and ladder climbing. Happy with the result tracking is better stars are rounder due to less weight of wires hanging from the scope. Clouds and rain.... two week forecast.

Back Fence.

I hope there is no fence out in deep space like we have down here. the photo next door was HFF that most defiantly had a fence. HFF to you and i do hope its better than our rain and clouds.

A great image of this globular cluster (and the second wider shot with the Magellanic Cloud), Steve.

Thank you George I did have other things I wanted to do but could not face the extra bit I needed to do to get the shot so took the simple option. I planned to do another panorama Of the SMC Which next 6 days clear will be the target but getting rotation and degrees was not possible when you are tired.

Takes a bit of real work to get these happy I am where I am now as the harder part has gone. to get a longer shot and a night of them you have to have a good mount to be able to get them with any quality. Love to see your results i know what my early shots look like nothing compared to these. It was a book as a kid my father had took me down this path.
