Ein Winter, wie er früher einmal war - A winter as it used to be

Endlich hat der Winter 2022/23 auch bei uns in Franken Einzug gehalten: mit klirrender Kälte in der Nacht, viel Schnee und ausreichend tiefen Temperaturen am Tag, so dass der Schnee auch liegen bleibt. Eine Wanderung durch die verschneite Landschaft: eine der schönsten Erlebnisse für einen Naturliebhaber. Im Bild ist übrigens meine Frau zu sehen, die für das Foto schon mal voraus ging.

Winter 2022/23 has finally arrived here in Franconia: with bone-chilling cold at night, lots of snow and sufficiently low temperatures during the day so that the snow stays put. A hike through the snow-covered landscape: one of the most beautiful experiences for a nature lover. By the way, in the picture you can see my wife, who went ahead for the photo.
