Today's Sunday Challenge is: 'From Where I Stand'

Looking down from the aqueduct in Chirk to the River Ceiriog. Luckily there is a fence to stop me falling 21 metres.

The aqueduct is a 70-foot (21 m) high and 710-foot (220 m) long navigable aqueduct that carries what is now the Llangollen Canal across the Ceiriog Valley near Chirk, on the England-Wales border, spanning the two countries.

Chirk aqueduct and viaduct - again!

It doesn't seem very high until you see the PiP..!! A clever idea for the challenge Amelia!

You're just looking at a ledge and the tree tops growing in the valley, Keith. Some folks get vertigo walking along here, and I know for a fact that being in a narrow boat crossing over the valley is .... somewhat nerve racking.

Love the pop of yellow to your shoes. Makes my stomach flutter just thinking about crossing the valley in a narrow boat! Brave Lady!!

Superb main picture Amelia and well thought out. It's too high for me to look down!
Two excellent PiP's, especially the second one.
