Wishes
'Wishes' is a full 1.5-metres tall, life-sized fairy queen, mounted on a special plinth, to help mark a decade of growth at The Trentham Estate, with the words “Wishes do come true…” on one side, and “2004-2014” on the other. The Fairy is seen holding a dandelion clock, it marks the passing of time.
Created by artist Robin Wright.

If you are ever visiting 'Smokey-Stokey', it's well worth having a look around Trentham Gardens, Steve. It's a lovely walk round the lake, and the gardens are being improved all the time.

If one has long hair, it would look like this in Norway, Gudrun. I had my hair cut very short when we went there. I like the dandelion head too.

I absolutely love this contemporary sculpture Amelia! I think I have seen it on the other now defunct site. It has to be a big YS. I have only ever been to Stoke on Trent once and wouldn't necessarily have associated this with the town. Hope that doesn't sound mean! Cheers, Rosa.
