I thought I'd show you some of the lovely old things I've inherited from my grandparents and parents......

The old barometer which is in my lounge.................

Then there is the grandfather clock in the hall....................

My grandparents' grandfather clock, which was repaired in 1824

You can see from the chalk markings inside the cabinet, that it required repairing in 1824 - so I have no idea when it was actually made.....................

The other lounge has a lovely mantlepiece and I wish it was here in my lounge - but hey, it doesn't have the bay window................

Okay that's all folks for now - I am so so lucky to live in this gorgeous house, with such lovely spaces and some lovely pieces of furniture................
