Well I thought I'd seen the last of the little seagull or Jonathon as I've started to call him, but no........... he casually strolled onto my driveway this afternoon as if he's on his own patch!!!!

He hopped onto my coal bunker and fell into it - no photos I'm afraid cos I was busy rescuing him.............

Then he walked around on top of it and I leant on the top and spoke to him ......

Even came up very close to me which was lovely........

Then he hopped off and proceeded to walk back up the drive again........

Then he just disappeared around the corner. He's looking very well but apparently next door is feeding him scraps and even put out a big tray of water and he proceeded to have a wash and preened himself, so he's okay. His parents don't seem to be doing anything much for him - so watch this space.
