Gute Idee: ein in die Jahre gekommenes Pärchen, trotzdem noch scharf?

I haven't actually used them for long time. But I think they are even sharper than new scissors. Especially the rusty one is good old iron, which practically sharpens itself in the use. They just may need the connecting screws tightened.

The pair in the back looks just like the pair I have that my mother used for ??? years. I sometimes think the older scissors are better balanced for the hand.

These two scissors remind me of a couple doing ballet dancing because they seem to be standing on the tiptoes. A wonderfully fitting idea of you and great implemented! I like the dark main picture also best!
