Sami Serola (inactiv… club has replied to Herb Riddle clubWell, there is for example a very busy road very close to this kindergarten. And children at certain age needs guidance, to protect themselves from their curiosity to explore all new things.
But even in small rural areas one for example still need to protect kids from not to go and wonder around, get lost, drown in the river, or get attacked by beasts. Here in Finland we do have bears and wolfs.
