A wide angle view of a small section of the flat lands that are the Somerset Levels, . The levels have an area of 160,000 area (650 km2) with the majority of land just above sea level, This waterway is the North Drain so called because that's what they do, drain the levels., they are fed by a series of Rhynes pronunced Reens (Ditches) which surround almost every pasture. Originally captured for World Photography Day HFF and a good weekend,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, in 16.9 format so a large view recommended,

World Photography Day

As the image displays it turned out to be a damp and dismal day down here on the Somerset Levels, However we braved the wind and rain to get a few ( very few) shots before retiring to a nearby coffee shop. It may stand a large view

Built 1720s

Georgian houses on the north side of Castle Street, Bridgwater from a slide circa 2000?, was built in the 1720s and are now Grade 1 listed Buildings, A shot it is impossible to take today as parked vehicles continually block the view . The buildings are made of red and yellow Flemish-bond brick, with moulded stone coping to the parapet, and follow very similar lines. They form an important group, unusual for their scale and ambition outside London's West End. (Wikipedia), Awaiting the arrival of new hardware, So I am using older images from my Chromebook and just enough fence to qualify, hopefully.
