Wonderful! I miss having access to venerable old department stores, which even smaller cities used to have.

Despite the horrors of the growth in SF, it's still a pleasure to go to Union Square at Christmas, particularly at night, to watch the ice skaters and look around at the nearby holiday windows. There's very few places for that sort of experience any more.
