Palatka historic downtown (#0381)
The Larimer Arts Center, once the Larimer Memorial Library, built in 1929. The building is considered to be an excellent example of Prairie School architecture combined with Art Deco elements. Fitting with its original use as a library, inscribed at the tops of the columns are “Ignorance Breeds Crime” and “Knowledge is Power.”
