Rotterdam Binnehaven Pincoffs scoundrel (#0137)

An odd statue, with a placard saying "Lodewijk Pincoffs A spectacle of so much glory and so much shame" (in English). The only information that I could find on him was in Dutch, but based on the translation of the page it seems that he was a prime developer of the port in the mid 1800's but that much of his success was due to faulty books.
