A wheel-maker? Looking at the museum's website I saw some very challenging exhibitions, but did not see an explanation for the words, in neon, in the arches -- or for the mix of German and English: Krieg (war), Fake, Macht (mastery), Ziel (target) News, Zeit (time), Raum (space), Tele.
