Weed, CA fire (1067)
On the southern edge of Weed, I'm standing on the edge of the property of an apartment complex, the black marks in the landscapre are from the Boles fire. An apartment next to the road was getting new siding, I'm assuming to replace fire damage. The snow-capped peak in the upper left side of the picture is, I believe, Mt. Eddy -- Mt Shasta is directly behind me. (Burn area is noted in the photo.)
