Per the link below, Klamath Machine & Locomotive Works primarily made machinery for the logging industry, but also built logging locomotives and rebuilt steam locomotives for the major railroads. It looks like they shut down in the 60's, but that wasn't clear. www.railroadiana.org/hw/pgBP_KMLW.php

I'll keep that interesting in corrugated buildings in mind when I'm out wandering -- there's quite a few fascinating ones across the west.
