Grouptravs (trading as Buffalo) L133 HVS in Hitchin – 5 Jul 1994 (230-3A)

Tuesday 5 July 1994 – Grouptravs Limited (trading as Buffalo Travel/Buffalo Bus) of Flitwick Bedfordshire L133 HVS, an Alexander Strider bodied Volvo B10B-58 in November 1993, seen in Hitchin. According to ‘Buses’ magazine (March 1994) this bus had been displayed at the 1993 Coach and Bus Exhibition.

The company was acquired by LDT Limited in 1995 which later became Arriva the Shires and this vehicle latterly became Arriva fleet number 3089. (See photo 501-24)
