Stagecoach Viscount WLT 908 (L158 LBW) in Cambridge - 6 Aug 2001 (475-12)

Monday 6 August 2001 (approx. 1225) – Stagecoach Viscount (?) 401 (WLT 908), a Jonckheere Deauville bodied Volvo B10M that had been new in April 1994 as an ‘Oxford Tube’ coach for Stagecoach Thames Transit (Fleet number 31 with registration number L158 LBW). It later passed to Stagecoach United Counties as their number 101 before reaching Viscount. It was seen in Emmanuel Street, Cambridge working the 1105 Peterborough to Stansted Airport service X6. I can’t say just how long this service operated but it was for only about 2 or 3 years or so.
