Fumarole with sulfur deposits
Fumaroles are vapor exit points in the area of volcanically active areas, from which water vapor and partly volcanic gases escape.

Fumaroles are formed when there is little water in the depth. With little water, the pressure is missing and the water is completely converted into steam before it exits.
Due to the temperature and type of gases that escape from them, fumaroles are classified.
Temperatures of the gases are between 200 ° C and 800 ° C.
Fumaroles indicate decaying volcanism.
