➽ Das Schloss St. Emmeram oder Schloss Thurn und Taxis ist ein Schloss des Fürstenhauses Thurn und Taxis in Regensburg.
Das Fürstenhaus Thurn und Taxis erwarb 1810, mit der Ablösung der Postrechte, das Gelände des aus dem 8. Jahrhundert stammenden Kloster Sankt Emmeram mitsamt den Gebäuden und ließ es ab 1812 durch Jean Baptiste Métivier zum Residenzschloss ausbauen.
Teile des Schlosses werden bis heute von Angehörigen der Familie von Thurn und Taxis bewohnt.

➽ The Castle St. Emmeram or Thurn und Taxis Palace is a palace of the Princely House of Thurn und Taxis in Regensburg.
In 1810 the Princely House of Thurn und Taxis acquired (with the transfer fee of the Postal rights) the grounds of the monastery of Saint Emmeram (dating from the 8th century) together with the buildings. From 1812 onwards they let it modify by Jean Baptiste Métivier into a Royal Palace.
Parts of the castle are still home to members of the family of Thurn and Taxis.

Toller Glanz, auch wenn da schon etwas am Oberlicht bröckelt, was nun wieder zur Gloria passt.
BonJovi läuft bei mir nur wenig, auch wenn die Jungs gute Musik seit Jahren schaffen.
